Christine and her team were amazing! Christine is extremely knowledgeable and really helpful. She kept in communication the whole time without ever leaving me with a thought of “what’s going on?”. Christine was thorough and detailed throughout the whole process, I really appreciated that. The monthly case updates sent out are great. I was a victim of a solar scam fraud, and am so grateful I retained Ms. Ferraris. She worked tirelessly over a year and a half to help prove the fraud that had occurred - and since this is an emerging area of law, she teamed up with other legal experts in this area to make a strong case. My case was resolved successfully due to her legal acumen and tenacity. I will unquestionably call on her again in the future with any civil legal matters.

LATE UPDATE: While Mrs. Ferraris was able to determine what potentially we could do, we were unable to retain her, as we found out her Case Log is higher than expected on her end. Overall, I feel confident we have the correct information on what we can do, and have acted upon it. I'm still a bit concerned as to why it took almost a month to for Mr. Cruz to reach out to us about her being booked out, but it's all good. -------------------------- Original review: The previous 1-Star review from Andrew Nicholls is spot on for both myself and my friend, as we had the same interaction with Mrs. Ferraris during the intake. We were both told to wait for a retention contract for a matter regarding an Auto Dealership in our area so we could pursue Legal Action. As of today, February 23rd, 2023, we still have not had any contact from Mrs. Ferraris, nor from her Paralegal, Mr Cruz, even though we were supposed to here from him around 2 Weeks ago. While we do feel slightly taken advantage of, we definitely feel more abandoned without any anwsers or any idea as to what is going on, and why their has been Zero response from the Firm. While Mrs. Ferraris was able to get us the info we needed (hence the two stars, and not one) so we can move forward with a different firm, she definitely seemed Agitated and unconcerned about the issues at hand, plus not being prepared or organized in the slightest.

Working with Christine and the team at A. Ferraris Law PLLC has been an absolute joy. She has an extraordinary ability to humanize the legal experience, and after our first conversation I knew immediately I had found just the right firm for my needs. And while I hope to not need legal consultation again in the near future, I know that if and when I do that there's only one person I need to call. I wholeheartedly recommend them!
