I was charged with a DUI while transporting minors in ocean city while on family vacation. I had never been in trouble before. Christian Hartman helped me through every step of the way. I did my homework and on the day of the trial it was easy to tell that I had the best lawyer there. Without Christian I would've been so much more nervous and uncomfortable. He is an amazing lawyer who brought up supreme court cases in my defense and outsmarted the prosecuting attorney in every way he could. I was found not guilty on most of my charges and I was very happy with my results of 2 years of unsupervised PBJ and $700 in fines. I would recommend Christian to anyone and this law firm for the dedication to helping their clients.

I have to tell you right off the bat I knew this was the firm I wanted to hire for my case after the first call I made. They made my feel so comfortable with the whole process and were readily available at any moment for any reason necessary. I was lucky to talk to attorney Jason Miller about my case. Everything was straightforward and clear after discussing my case with Mr. Miller. With the many years of experience Mr. Miller was able to tell me what I need to do to give me the best chances in the case. Ultimately I won my case and was very happy with the outcome. Simply put, all charges dismissed because I had Jason Miller as my lawyer. I was facing multiple charges connected to a DUI. I chose this firm based on a recommendation from a family member. I hired Jason Miller as my criminal defense attorney in a time of real uncertainty. I was completely blindsided by a particular situation and I needed immediate legal help. A family member of mine was helping me located the most appropriate attorney for my legal battle but we were running into dead ends due to some unfortunate timing on the weekend. Jason understood our struggle and he stepped up to the plate and offered his professional legal services. I was in a jail cell scared out of my mind while facing multiple DV charges but the moment I heard Jason's voice and he explained what's going to happen, I immediately felt a strong sense of security and peace. He bailed me out on bond and we soon after started a game plan of how to combat these charges. I explained to Jason in great detail how the events in my case unfolded but how I was innocent even though the odds were seemingly stacked against me. I quickly realized that Jason and his team are very by-the-book and trust that the truth will always reign regardless of the situation so, we chose to lean into that and reasoning for our strategy. We were in this battle for 3 whole months and eventually got every single charge dropped. This was a best case scenario for my situation and while I had faith in Jason and his team, I was still surprised when I heard of the outcome. While I hope to never require legal assistance of this nature again, I can most certainly say that I made the right call when hiring Jason as my attorney.
