Disappointing experience. Communication was inconsistent and frustrating. I was repeatedly reassigned to new “client care professionals,” requiring me to restate the same concerns multiple times, despite having documented them in writing since November 25, 2025. Medical billing matters tied to my case were not clearly handled. Balances increased without explanation, and I received conflicting guidance, including being advised to make a nominal payment without clear reasoning. Updates were rarely proactive, and I often had to follow up myself. I expected clearer communication, continuity, and accountability. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with Poulin | Willey | Anastopoul.

I lost my home my possessions and near everything for how they mishandled my case and currently still homeless because of it. Facts. Called the 800 number I saw on TV in the beginning of 2023 after I was shot in the arm and the groin in an accident that was not my fault. I could no longer work and was at risk of losing my very first home I ever bought. They issued a letter of demand to the wrong individual. They wrote to them and claimed I said it occurred on a property belonging to the individual which I never did I clarified exactly where it occurred which was miles away from that location. When I clarify that information and asked why I was never given a straight answer nor did anyone at any point remotely admit wrongdoing on their part. I lost my home and became homeless during this long process and have yet to recover. I was contacted the first part of this year 2025 and told they were moving ahead with wrongful injury suit against the person who owned the property in which it occurred. At that time I made them aware with this new lawyer by his own admission brand new to the firm and the third or fourth I had been put in touch with that sadly the individual responsible for my injuries was now deceased. I was told they had dropped any Pursuit toward that individual because he did not have insurance and they would be focusing on the property it occurred on. I hear nothing for 5 months and suddenly get a call from Annette claiming that they had reissued a letter of demand to an individual that is deceased when I was told they had dropped that pursuit, and that they were going to offer me the opportunity to take the case on myself because if there was no insurance they could not do anything. The statute of limitations has now run out. I still have a bullet in my arm and my crotch, I am still homeless living in the woods barely surviving off of what I can forage from a stores garbage can. I still cannot work until these elements are removed from my body an extensive Rehabilitation, and to add further insult to these egregious injury every hurricane we've had over the last year I've survived here in the woods but my possessions have not. I lost almost everything waiting on them with assurances they could do this and they failed to do so. There is information withholding as I am currently submitting lengthy details in a complaint against them with the South Carolina bar Association. Obviously not a good experience, however I would recommend them if you are a part of a class action lawsuit which they seem to be more specialized in now rather than the Layman. If I could have given zero Stars I most certainly would have. I trusted them and lost almost everything. Strictly my opinion but they very much don't care about anyone but themselves and their finances and their reputation, but on the phone and in the email they will seem so compassionate..... but again in my opinion only it is a facade. Go talk to a HomeTown lawyer that would be your best bet never call a 1-800 number off of a TV
