Attorney Reid is awesome. My elderly mother needed a will and trust...and rather quickly. Reid was very quick to respond, and got the job done fast. Reid was a lifesaver for us. We started consulting with him when our mom was living alone and was diagnosed with dementia. He walked us through all the steps of getting her into long term care on Medicaid. We had no idea what to do but he answered our calls every time we had questions. He was so kind and always knew what next steps would be best for mom. I don’t know what we would have done without his help. I highly recommend him if you need highly skilled, professional and compassionate help!

Reid has been wonderful to work with. I needed to set up a trust for my brother. Reid he took all the time necessary discussing the legal ramifications before the trust was drawn up. Reid has been very available to discuss any questions I have going forward. Must of our correspondence has been by phone and email since I live in Iowa. I would highly recommend Ann Arbor Elder Law and will continue to work with Reid in the future.

My Aunt retained Reid McCarthy for my years to handle her affairs. Reid was very helpful to me when I became the power-of-attorney and Trustee for her. He was knowledgeable and helpful when answering the many questions I had about her Trust Account. He even visited my Aunt when it was close to her ending days. He was always very patient with my Aunt and myself. I would recommend him to anyone.

I had a fantastic experience with Reid McCarthy at Ann Arbor Elder Law, PLLC. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the estate planning for my grandparents. When the time came to settle their estate, he assisted me through the entire process and made a tough time much more manageable. I believe his rates to be fair, and he is most certainly NOT the type of lawyer that nickels and dimes you for every email and phone call. He was always patient and helpful. Highly recommended!!!
