I will always recommend Mr Appelman!!! had gotten in a situation in January, I had googled lawyers and I had found Brett appelman. I had called very late at night and to my surprise he answered the phone. He had no bad feelings towards me for such a late call...answered all my concerns. A few days had gone by and my gut said to hire him! I'm so very glad I did. My case may have took 7 months too long due to other parties involved but, Mr appelman kept pursuing and pushing and etc....I had never seen the inside of the court room nor do I to this day know what the judge looks like....Mr appelman kept every promise that he couldn't make lol as well as he got me the best ever ending to my case...I'm very fortunate to have had him represent me. He was very knowledgeable on everything i needed to have answered and he was very friendly as well as prompt!!! Thank you Brett appelman and team for going the extra committed miles for me!!!!! Everyone needs to hire him for sure!! NJ.

I highly recommend Brett Appelman as a defense attorney. He was always great at communication, knowledgeable about the law, and very reliable. He was especially good at returning phone calls and e-mails in a timely manner and I felt genuinely understood by him.
