Where to start! While having to use Auto Law wasn’t the best news, the outcome was great. The team helped me recover all of the money I spent—and then some—on a car that turned out to have been in an accident. This is not an overnight fix by any means; it took some time. But it was absolutely worth the wait. No one wants to fight with a car dealership on their own, and Auto Law handled everything for me from start to finish. They kept me updated every step of the way. One of the biggest pluses: they never pressured me into anything. They always explained all my options in detail and let me choose the next step, offering guidance when I needed it. I hope I do not ever have to cross paths with the team again if I ever needed to I would go back with out any question. If you need an experienced team look no further.

The communication was overall solid - a couple times I wished for quicker updates, but anytime I reached out they did respond and took care of what I needed.
