The absolute worst experience! I would tell anyone not to use them! We went in for a consultation. That attorney “moved on” by the next week or so. That should have been my first red flag. We met with another woman who promised to get on it. Even though she really had no grasp of the situation in my opinion. We signed the 10k retainer contract. And that was the end of any legal movement on their part. Unless you count threatening to sue us for the 10k! We paid for the situation we had come to them about and then we paid them 10k, for what I see as absolutely zero assistance. You would be better off without an attorney. The saying a person who goes to court with no attorney has a fool for a client does NOT apply here.

I would not use Bailey as an attorney for anything especially not personal injury attorneys. They totally ruined my case for me told me for 2 years that I had a great case but they never filed it in court juntil just days before the statute of limitations ran out they filed it in court but they filed it against the wrong company so I was totally screwed because when we realized it was the wrong compan0y it was too late because they waited so long to do it it was almost like it was a sabotage on purpose . And that was only one example of many many many errors they made in my case ultimately I never even got to go to court because they screwed it up so badly.

The estate and probate department did an outstanding job helping me with both of my cases. I appreciate all that Ms. Russell and Mr. Bailey did in such a professional, kind, and prompt manner. I highly recommend the services of Bailey & Galen if you have estate or probate needs.
