This Law Firm is an extreme asset to its clients. The Lead is a super nice guy that is the epitome of professional behavior and professional ethics. I have used them twice for life instances that wanted veer out of control. The Lead kept things in-control and brought them to a florishing finish. I recommend everyone use this firm and would challenge anyone in finding a firm that will fight better for you. In time of trouble, call The Bailey Law Firm. He and his team can get the job done in a way that beneficial to the client and not that other guy.

I would like to highly recommend Attorney Tyler Bailey for his exceptional work and unwavering commitment in handling our case. After our previous lawyer passed away, Tyler took over the case and seamlessly stepped in, providing us with the support and expertise we needed. From the moment he became involved, he demonstrated an incredible level of dedication to our case and to our son's well-being. Tyler was not only professional but also compassionate, making sure we felt heard and understood throughout the entire process. His thorough approach and consistent communication gave us peace of mind during a difficult time, and his hard work led to a successful outcome. We are truly grateful for everything he did for our family and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of legal assistance.

I have reached out to Mr. Bailey due to some traumatizing events and was looking for guidance, His office has not offered to reach out and this makes the second time I have reached out, I found him due to his work with the lady in Myrtle Beach and have not received a response yet. This is just a review to let them know just reach back out and say yay or nay...

Mr. Bailey demonstrated exceptional professionalism in handling my friend's and my case, providing a successful outcome. His services are highly recommended, and I will seek his representation again in the future if needed. He achieved a dismissal on the same day as our hearing, and his pricing was reasonable. Thank you, Mr. Bailey, for your outstanding service.

Not professional. Worked on a lawsuit for multiple years, collected money from MY insurance benefits, and quit just before trial causing the case to be dismissed after 5 years and multiple surgeries. Will string you along and make promises that your case is a “policy limits” case so he doesn’t have to do any work. Failed to hire an expert witness initially in a “policy limits” case.
