I do not normally write reviews, but my experience with this firm was bad enough to justify it. Despite marketing themselves as “the best in the field,” my experience was the exact opposite. Communication was virtually nonexistent unless it involved sending an invoice. I was left in the dark about my own case and had to repeatedly follow up just to get the most basic information. What they were truly efficient at was billing. Every minute was charged, every email was billed, and payment was pursued with far more urgency than my case ever was. It became very clear that getting paid was their priority — not getting results. Most importantly, they failed to accomplish the very reason I hired them: recovering the money owed to me. I paid significant legal fees and received little to nothing in return. If you are looking for a firm that prioritizes billing over client outcomes, this may be the place for you. If you are looking for results, transparency, and genuine advocacy, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
