I used CA Lemon Law Firm to help with a buyback for a Genesis GV60 after not making any progress myself talking to Genesis directly for a couple of months. Some other law firms did not think I had a valid case, but CA Lemon Law Firm thought I did and were willing to help me. They made the process very easy and helped me get back more than I expected from the buyback. Would definitely use them again if I ever needed help with a lemon in the future.

Great experience working with this firm. My 2019 Nissan LEAF SL+ had a recall that prevented fast (DC) charging for over a year without a fix. My attorney was excellent, answered emails quickly, provided updates as requested, and ultimately got me a 'cash-and-keep' settlement that I was happy with. I hope I never have to use an lemon law attorney again, but if I do, I would definitely use CA Lemon Law Firm again.

Manookian Law was such a pleasant experience to work with when it came to my lemon law claim. They guided me through the initial process and kept me regularly updated to see what was happening/progression in my case. And they were always freely available to reach if I had questions regarding extra mail, etc. that I had received in regards to my case. I’d have them represent me again for any California vehicle I own in the future!

In March 2025, I finally got tired of dealing with FCA and their customer service, so I started looking for a lemon law attorney. I reached out to CA Lemon Law Firm, and Claude called me back in less than 24 hours. From the start, I felt confident about my case — my new car had spent 58 days in the shop during the first 11 months — and Claude clearly explained the entire process and the possible outcomes. I decided to move forward with them. The process took longer than I expected, but I picked up my check yesterday from their office, and I’m extremely happy with the outcome. I was compensated very well and feel satisfied with the result. If there’s one area where the office could improve, it would be being more proactive with client updates. When someone comes to a lemon law firm, they’re already frustrated with their vehicle or the manufacturer, so proactive communication really helps. Aside from one instance, I had to reach out for updates myself. If Google allowed half-star ratings, I would give them 4.5 stars because of this — but since it doesn’t, they’re a solid 5! Overall, I’m very happy with the final result and highly recommend this office if you ever need their services.

CA Lemon Law Firm were great partners through a long process with Kia. They always responded to messages promptly and communicated clearly about expectations. Even after office hours or during travel days, they responded to emails and messages right away. Kia took their usual sweet time but the final check was worth the time. Would highly recommend!
