From the time I initially contacted CCA to the time my issue got settled, communication, transparency and efforts to keep me posted were amazing. I was definitely hesitant to reach out to any attorney about my lemon vehicle because I hate the ambulance-chasing lawyer types and folks who just take advantage of an opportunity to “get paid”. But I was in a pickle with a crap built car and needed options…they gave me plenty, and not all about the big payout. They helped me get a fair settlement…one where I don’t feel like I took advantage, but was covered. Mad props to all their staff!

Excellent and caring attorneys-that put my needs first. They did not care that they would not be "breaking the bank" with my case, simply restoring my financial investment-and sense of security-to me and my disabled wife. Kept me informed every step of the way-saw it through to the end-and really came through for us. If you have a lemon-and need to be fairly compensated for your loss-call them.

My truck was a lemon so I called CA consumer to see what they could do. Amazing staff, answered all my questions, kept me in the loop on everything and were super responsive. Couldn’t recommend them enough. There wasn’t a single surprise during my case. Extremely satisfied with their service.

Everything was great! Lawyer at California Consumer Attorney help me get my money back because of Lemon on my new car. I bought a new Kia Forte.and car is less then years old car having a many problems . Because of Covid, it took us almost three years get my money back from Kia but so happy keep my car and payment!! I really recommend California Consumer Attorney to everyone, if you need a lemon on your new car!!!

This firm is extremely effective at what it does. When I decided a vehicle company was treating me unfairly, I looked for a law firm that is excellent, not average. I found (CCA) California Consumer Attorneys P. C, Sepehr Daghighian, exceptional as well as his firms staff. I never felt concerned with my situation in their hands. This firm is very honest and straight about the legitimacy of what I encountered and what is possible to correct it. After our experience with their work, I suspect the vehicle companies cringe when they encounter this firm. This exceptional group kept us informed and accurately guided our responsibilities to a successful conclusion. If you want results this firm is absolutely necessary!
