Cline APC is professional, efficient and extremely knowledgeable about the exact nature of the law! Not only that, they go above and beyond to reach a settlement for their clients, beyond what is expected! They show a true understanding of the needs of their clients, apply the law, and reach the best possible scenario, as required by law. I don't think they have ever lost a case, in my opinion! Always a win-win with Cline APC. Most importantly, we have new friends!

Celine APC was very professional and communicated with me while out of town what steps and process we had to do to settle my case. Especially Diana she kept me informed all the way through I highly recommend this Law Firm I was satisfied with the hospitality and professionalism.

I had a great experience with Cline APC. Got me full buyback on my Jeep Wrangler 4Xe. FCA, the manufacturer was a nightmare and Cline APC negotiated a great deal to make me whole.

When I first start researching Lemon Law, I found Cline APC's website provide excellent information on the CA lemon law, paperwork to prepare, and steps to take to start a claim. When I knew I had case, I was able to submit by paperwork and was able to schedule a call with Mr. Cline within a day. He gave me a very detailed break down of the process and what to expect. I decided to move forward and the process was straightforward and the team continued to keep be informed. I had the pleasure to work with Mark and Eric as well ,and they both took a great deal of time to explain the situation and next steps. Lisa and Diana kept me informed and answered emails and calls in a timely fashion as well. I ultimately got by car bought back with minimal deductions. It was great overall experience. I hope I don't have a lemon in the future but would be more than happy to work with Cline APC again.

The smoothness and professionalism with which Eric, Diana and the extended Cline APC team handled my case truly exceeded my expectations. I especially appreciated Eric’s genuine enthusiasm, thoroughness and proactive phone calls. He really helped me to stay updated and answered all my questions along the way! Thank you all for making this process so painless to go through. I’ve never had to litigate a lemon buy back before, but, I definitely know who to go to now if I should ever run into a similar challenge again going forward!
