Mr. Luster and his team of attorneys made what i considered an impossible outcome, possible. They are strategic, knowledgeable and experienced. They truly know the ins and outs and all the loopholes in between. I was desperate when i came to Mr. Luster and he told me i was in good hands. I had no idea how truly accurate that statement was at the time. If i knew then what i know now i would have never had a single moment of doubt for what seemed to me to be an impossible situation to overcome. If i sound like i am exaggerating, its because i still cant believe i am standing here today with a very serious offense wiped clean and i want to do all i can to give him and his team the recognition they deserve in hopes that others will put their faith in them the way i did. Its the least i can do as a thank you for my freedom. If you find yourself in legal trouble, he will get you out of a jam, and if he cant, he was the best chance you had anyway. These guys are amazing. They were court appointed and couldn’t have done a better job. They took three years and intense inpatient on possession of controlled substance charge and got us down to a state jail Felony no probation no nothing out of jail the same day. Our original lawyer was Pam bOGGESS (she was polite and professional but was not pushing like me cofur did) but the day of court, Mr. Cody COFUR showed up and showed them who was boss. He spoke with the DA and got everything reduced. This was obviously life-changing for us. We did take a state of Felony on the record, but we’re business owners so we can kind of do that. I know everyone’s gotten in that position However, if he can reduce it to that he could’ve reduced probation I believe if I had to hire a lawyer in the future I would not hesitate to hire them.
