I’m very satisfied with the service I received. After dealing with some issues with my license, everything was finally resolved and my license is now active. Ewar Solis was extremely helpful, patient, and professional. His guidance and follow-up made the whole process much easier. 5 stars for him 👏

My background check was completed for a month and a half before I was told I needed another "criminal acknowledgement review" I have been calling for weeks and Noone will even tell me what I have to do to move forward. There was no email, phone call, or even text to communicate this to me. I was told they should have looked at it earlier and should have sent me a letter in the mail, but even though that never happened I STILL have to wait 15 business days for a PHONE CALL. I am about ready to lose my job because I haven't obtained my license and it is entirely their fault! I am still unable to obtain information from anyone. This is beyond ridiculous.

For the amount of money professionals pay this organization for licensing fees, you'd think they would have better systems in place. Trying to obtain a specialized license has been nearly impossible. Email correspondence with representatives from this organization have been unprofessional and rude. A representative told me she couldn't assist me unless I gave her my password to my portal...what kind of system is this? I am not a stupid person, but the people from this agency treat you that way if you ask a legitimate question. It's a shame many professionals must rely on this agency.

They don’t investigate anything even when it’s under their purview. Therefore I want to warn consumers not to use a company called Clutter Moving and Storage. Clutter's system does not work correctly. The QR stickers on physical items do no always match what appears in their database. This mismatch makes it impossible for them to locate items because the record may point to someone else's property instead of your own. As a result, your belongings may never be found, or worse, could be mixed up, delivered to another customer, or even auctioned off if that customer fails to pay their bill. Per New Jersey Consumer Affairs documentation, when discrepancies like this occur, the agency is required to investigate, as it constitutes a potential violation of audit and recordkeeping standards. In this case, they did nothing. So be warned: you’ll have no way to verify what was actually stored, where it went, or whether the company ever maintained possession of your items and NJ consumer affairs will not help.

Not only should people that have been scammed by this company leave a 1 star review, but also should submit a claim through Nj consumer affairs about getting scammed. This company is an absolute SCAM. I was unloading stuff from my car and left my car in my buildings parking lot guest spot for less than 20 mins while I was going to the apt and unloading and coming back and they towed my car. They refuse card payments. They will make you wait to retrieve your car until after “retrieval” hours so you have to pay more. This is a complete SCAM. I URGE anyone who has also been scammed by these people to file a complaint!
