Keep your money safe by staying away from this place. I was charged a $500 "investigation fee" on my first consultation and never again heard back from them. It's obvious that they spend a good amount of money on advertising as part of their gimmicks. All the 1 star reviews are for a good reason! Also a descent amount of legit complaints have been filed with the Better Business Bereau.

The thieves of this town, wow... these people charged me 1,700 and I paid them 700 upfront. Okay, everything was perfect. Then another person calls me to tell me I have to pay 700 more on top of the 1,700, hahaha, they're the best... imagine, I canceled in less than 24 hours so they would give me my money back, and guess what happened... okay, we'll call you in 7 days for the cancellation, hahaha. They blocked my phone number, smh. I had to get another number they have to call them, hahaha. They're shameless, heartless thieves, but may God forgive them 🙏🏻 amen

Utter disaster of a firm. Immigration is a tense thing to deal with for anyone. In our case, we requested a time to speak with a lawyer and were looking to retain this firm. We were given a call time of 3:00 on a Saturday. We waited for the call, which we did receive. We spoke with an agent that took general information about us and told us she was sending the info over to an attorney, and then told us she would put us on hold and to wait for the attorney to join the call. We sat on hold for 20 minutes. I finally gave up. The agent never returned to let us know what the hold up was, never called back, nothing. It feels like this business preys on desperation and lack of clarity that surrounds immigration options and rules instead of being actual advocates for the people seeking their services. I personally worked at law firms (during college) and our clients were never asked to wait like that on the line, much less ignored to the point they gave up. What's worse is that there was no follow up from anyone to fix the mistake or reschedule. I would steer clear of the firm - first impressions matter, and we were more than ready to pay for services but they made it clear that client service is not important to them.
