Today I worked w Shannon at CLG. She is not thorough and detailed. Most of all she is a true professional. Very courteous and polite. I wish I was able to connect with each time I had to call in.

What a great day I had when I called CLG and Ryan answered the phone. He had such a warm welcome and his voice sounded so warm and competent. He wanted me to feel heard. As soon as I described my problem, he understood. He assured me he wanted to solve my dilemma. He asked for my patience as he required his supervisor's help. He was back quicker than I expected. He said he found a solution. I felt so relieved. I sincerely hope you thank Ryan for his service. He exceeded my expectations and he went above and beyond for me. I let him know I intended to pay it off in a few months. Ryan explained that CLG finds it best to not do that. He told me that I can increase my monthly payments and pay it off sooner. Wow Ryan thanked me at the end and asked if he could provide any more service. This is the best customer service I have ever received. I am 76 but the way and have been a customer service representative myself. Your company excels because of their workforce. Ryan was engaging and was invested in the outcome of his work. He made a difference to my life.

This was the worse idea I’ve could’ve done, I had around 24k in debt. I reached out to this company. They told I could pay 11k and be done with all my debt. I paid them close to 3k and all they did was stop the calls from my creditors. Everything they told me was false, they did an awful job trying to settle my debt for me. Basically when all would be said and done I would’ve ended up paying what I originally was in debt for. There’s a lot more to the story I just don’t feel like getting into it basically what I can tell you is, I would not go this route you’re better off settling on your own. I did a hell of a lot better settling than they could’ve ever done. Worst part about this is I lost $3000 and a bunch of aggravation try to use them. They flat out lied to me about certain things they would do and how this worked . Read your contract thoroughly. I tried to ask for a partial refund and they denied me. This was the absolute worst idea I ever did trying to have them help me get out of debt.

ALERT! This is a flatulent business. I was defrauded by the promise of advocating on my behalf in order to resolve my debt and delinquencies. Yet, they charged me with monthly fee of roughly $700. Over a year and half in the program I was sued by Capital One in superior court in California with default judgement. They will take your money without providing a single service. During this period, I was never connected with an attorney despite my requests.

CLG Is a complete fraud. I PAID for their services for debt consolidations. They never contacted the creditors so never made an arrangement with them. To make long story short, eventually I filled for bankruptcy & CLG refused to reimburse my money. Please, don't use CLG services. If you're in debt. The best thing to do is get oriented with a bankruptcy lawyer.
