Excellent Service and Fantastic Results! I had a wonderful experience working with Jeremy Cotten and his firm. I hired him for a speeding ticket, and he achieved an outstanding result for me. My 44/35 ticket was successfully reduced, and thanks to his knowledge of the law and clean driving history, he was able to ensure I was not assessed any insurance points or driving points. I was also pleased that he preserved my option to use a Prayer for Judgment Continued (PJC) for a future issue, which shows great foresight. Best lawyer ever! In 2025, on my way to an appointment to get my Real ID in another county, I did not notice the speed limit changed on Hwy 64 West. By not reducing my speed more timely, I was given a traffic citation. Since I had a clean driving record, Jeremy was able to reduce the charge and this not only helped me avoid insurance points, but his fee was VERY AFFORDABLE! I am grateful for Cotten Law Firm.

I reached out to Cotten Law Firm after getting a traffic ticket that had much higher potential penalties than I ever expected for the violation. I hired Cotten Law Firm to help me hopefully minimize cost. The entire process was simple, quick, and thorough, any questions I asked were quickly answered. They handled everything, I didn't even have to go to court. Before end of day on my court date, I received an email from Jeremy Cotten letting me know everything was dismissed or reduced and I would only have to pay court costs. I hope to never need them again, but if I do, I know I'll be in good hands.
