We had a great experience working with David Gorberg on our lemon law case. He was incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and professional throughout. After months of getting nowhere with both the dealership and financial services, he stepped in and quickly turned things around. He was a fierce advocate, but a true gentleman; very civil and fair in his approach, which made all the difference in reaching a quick and satisfying resolution. The process got completed. It took some time, but when it was all said and done, it was worth it. I thank the law firm for handling everything for me, and I hope I never am in the position to have to activate a lemon lawagain, But if I do, I would call David Gorberg again

The Gorberg Firm talked us through the process of filing a lemon law complaint with Volvo. They explained all our options completely and advised us on what we needed to provide. They took care of all the paperwork and contact with Volvo. David was excellent in returning our calls and keeping us updated. We ended up up taking a settlement from Volvo and keeping the car as it is a software/ touchscreen problem that is an annoyance more than anything. I valued David’s experience and knowledge in dealing with Volvo . Would I use David Gorberg again if we ever bought another vehicle with problems that aren’t fixed? Yes absolutely.

David is an excellent lawyer. our brand new 13 month old lease was in the dealership for 7 months when we called him. we originally had another law firm working on our case “Robinson lemon law,” specifically Courtney. They were terrible. We had to reach out to her for any updates, made us feel stupid for our questions and also told us how we do not qualify for a buyback if the dealership fixes the truck after 7 months. We knew that was not correct and called David J. gorberg & associates. we spoke to David directly. He assured us that we can still get a buyback. He explained the process of everything and also the costs. Fast forward, David got us the buyback that we wanted. we finally do not have to deal with Chrysler and the headache of a truck. Any questions we had David called us right away. He was easy to get in contact with and took his time out to make sure we were well informed. On one occasion I emailed David a question and he called me to answer the question in full detail and to make sure I understood 100%. He could have easily emailed me back and called it a day, but instead he gave me a call, which he did not have to do. We are extremely grateful for David helping us out and extremely happy with the end result. A trustworthy lawyer who actually cares about his clients.
