I was referred to C. Tyler Ellenberg at Dement Askew and Marshall, LLP after I had a very unfortunate incident while driving in the Raleigh area. I am not a local was was in NC for work, and am very fortunate to have a local refer me to Tyler from their past excellent experience. From the moment I reached out via email, I was communicated with very efficiently and professionally on all details of my case. I was able to not have to travel back in state for multiple court appearances. The fee was incredibly fair and reasonable for all the services and counsel I received, and both Tyler and Kristy, and the rest of the staff were great to work with. Tyler’s ability to manage this case and the people involved, which resulted in a full dismissal of the charge, was incredible. And it was done very quickly compared to other incidents that I have heard of. I am very grateful for all the amazing help and people at this firm and would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in need of counsel or services. Thank you again!!!!

If it would let me post with 0 stars, I would. I strongly advise caution before working with this law office. I was charged with a DUI and retained their services, expecting legal guidance and consistent communication. Unfortunately, I received neither. Over the course of nearly three years, I had no direct contact with the attorney assigned to my case. All communication was routed through staff or paralegals, and my concerns and questions were ignored or brushed aside. On top of this, my right to privacy was violated by a paralegal at the firm when they disclosed their experience with me. The lack of responsiveness, transparency, and basic client care left me feeling unsupported and uninformed about the legal process. When your freedom and future are on the line, you deserve an attorney who will engage with you, advocate for you, and treat your case with the seriousness it deserves. That was not my experience here.

I had a great experience with this attorney‘s office while they helped us with a ticket my daughter received. Tyler Ellenberg was our attorney and he was extremely easy to work with and made the entire process smooth. All staff that I spoke with were very informative and took time to explain everything in detail which I really appreciated. Tyler made me feel comfortable and confident having him represent us.
