Daisha Schwear is an awesome attorney. I was in motorcycle accident on 1 April 2024 and I was in the hospital and rehab until April 24th. I had seen an advertisement for a law of that handled; on a visit to Savannah Harley Davidson prior to my accident. So I looked up that firm and got Daisha and she immediately scheduled a face to face with her. I knew she was the one when we spoke on the phone and she solidified that during our face to face at my home. She explained that the law firm she worked for was closing and she would be moving to Deming Parker. She said if I wanted to go with someone else I could. I told Daisha I was sticking with her. Her spirit touched me as forthright, honest, and caring. She did not try to sell me smoke and mirrors or dreams of becoming rich. She honest and upfront and layed out my case from start to finish. The way she layed it out was exactly how it went. If anyone is ever in an accident I would not hesitate to recommend Daisha of Deming Parker.

Daisha Schwear helped me with a motor vehicle accident claim where I felt I was being stone walled. She is very knowledgeable and has very good written and verbal communication skills. She answered my questions promptly and clearly, kept me in the loop with updates, and was very accommodating to my particular communication needs. I would highly recommend her personnel and felt she was a zealous advocate for me through the difficult process of motor insurance claims.

In May 2023, I was injured in an accident of no fault of my own. The very next day when I couldn’t work, and my car was totaled, my husband and I realized we had absolutely no idea what to do. He then remembered having met Daisha at a local veterans event, a couple months previous and just happened to get her card. We reached out to her on the weekend and within five minutes she gave us a call back From her home. From that very day, she has been not only our lawyer, but our friend and somebody that I care for deeply. She went above and beyond and took care of every single thing for us. I do not know what we would’ve done without Daisha Schwear.
