So far this experience with Fairmax Law has been great! The process has been easy, simple and self explanatory. I have been able to get a lot accomplished quickly. I also love the text reminders that I get from them on what I am still needing to complete. Definitely Highly recommended. I was recommended By a friend of mine and I see why they are awesome :)

The support staff (Karen and others) have been super helpful. The portal is very tough to deal with and that is where you could improve. I had to upload certain documents multiple times. There was an edit button on the documents but I was not able to actually edit or delete (or actually view) the documents. The documents, once uploaded would change the file name so that I was not sure what I was looking at. Additionally, I was not told that my DTE account would be closed due to filing. I did resolve this with DTE, but it would have been nice to have been advised that this would take place. Also, the Attorney (Terry) did not fill out my petition correctly and upon requesting him to fix it, he did not seem to want to do it until I demanded it as I would not sign the paperwork until I felt that it was correct. This is what I hired an attorney for. Still waiting to hear back from Terry regarding some questions that I have about my tax refund and bankruptcy filing. I am getting conflicting information on what to do with those funds once they arrive. Again, Karen has been very helpful.

I guess this place deserves another five star rating! Attorney David did a Phenomenal job, Case manager, Luisa Caledon And the team did one heck of a job I would recommend this Bankruptcy place, Was completely stressed with the debt that I have And if you’re looking to file bankruptcy, this is to place you should go😊 this law firm comes in clutch!!!
