Had a great interaction with this law firm. Left a message and received a prompt next day call from Ron Frederick. He listened to the situation and asked relevant questions. After thoroughly reviewing my paperwork, he decided that there was probably no way to achieve additional recourse in my specific situation. however, I feel confident that I received an expert opinion and I would not hesitate to reach out in the future, should the need arise.

I called to discuss an issue I was having with my bank holding funds from an insurance check. The bank had fraudulently deposited the money without proper endorsements. They wouldn’t release the funds to me or return them to my insurance company so that I could be reissued a new check. I was given very helpful advice on how to proceed to get the money. It was explained to me that I would end up spending more money hiring a lawyer to recover the funds than taking the steps I was given on how to proceed with the bank to get the money. We spent almost 15 minutes discussing it and I really appreciated the time and advice.

Very very unprofessional and careless lawyer. They tried to make jokes while I was trying to describe my serious matter. They also want money hourly even when they don't have confidence in your case.

I found Ronald Frederick to be extremely helpful. Basically, I called asking for advice on how to proceed against a car dealership. He asked pertinent questions, and ultimately told me that it would make much more economic sense for me to file a small claims suit against them, instead of hiring him. He even told me some of the specific laws to mention in the suit. Anyway, after my call with him I felt confident enough in myself to move forward with his advice. I contacted the dealership to let them know of my plans, and they ended up agreeing to what I initially asked for from them. Thanks Ronald Frederick.

Our experience with the firm stated of promising but soon after it was the worst experience. First the original attorney that took our case retired less than a month after us signing a contract. Next we were pushed off onto another attorney who was awesome but sadly fell ill and so we were pushed to another attorney. I had a very encouraging meeting with Frederick Berler who said we had a strong case. He was very enthusiastic about it even saying based on my professional background he could see using me in future cases. Not what I expected but I was so thankful to finally find people I thought would help. Well after literally 8 months and no action and many failed attempts to get our then attorney to respond to my phones calls... I was dropped! Just like that! 8 months of waiting on a case that was super time sensitive just to be told I was "demanding" and they didn't have the resources for our case. So I was wrong for expecting communication? Then even with a contract they dumped me through email and when I finally reached Frederick by phone he was rude and condescending. Poor poor business. Very unprofessional and care nothing about people and there families. If I could give a negative rating I would.
