Gadkte Law Firm was amazing to work with! They helped me with my truck issues against GM and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The team was professional, honest, and always kept me updated on what was going on. You can tell they really care about their clients. I’m very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Gadkte Law Firm to anyone dealing with vehicle or manufacturer problems!

I'm not sure how they have a 4.7 rating. I reached out with my vehicle information and the issue I was having to see if my vehicle would fall under the lemon law. Todd advise me that I needed to take it to a independent shop and not a dealership. I did as he advise, spend $225 for diagnostic, emailed him what the technician said. Today, Todd advise me after I spent money for diagnostic that the Lemon Law only applies to 3/4 tons or lower. Yeah, do I need to say more.. misinformed from the very beginning. Lemon law expert? You be the judge of that. $225 diagnostic fee sure is sour in mouth listening to Todd Gadtke. Update: Todd it's okay, $225 isn't going break me or make me. I just want ppl to know the about my experience with your firm. They can take it or leave it. Funny how you say my vehicle doesn't have a defect when you haven't seens the detail invoice. No defect per Todd. It's confirmed by 2 dealership to not be normal operating sound and 1 independent shop but again you incorrectly advise me that I did not have a case. If the problem was found and can be fix under warranty, do you think I would of reach out to you? Todd, thank you for your time and consideration as you have taught me a valuable lesson, Not all lawyers are created equally. Fortunately I found another lawyer to take my case.

I’ll be honest, I didn’t actually use their services but felt compelled to leave a review as every other offices I called weren’t very helpful. I had questions about consumer protection on a denied warranty claim and the lady who answered the phone mentioned to look for an arbitration clause and file one to have the case reviewed. Of course the warranty company was not going ti mention that to me so I’m thankful for the recommendation!
