I am incredibly grateful for the legal guidance I received. Mr. Bill Gammon took the time to thoroughly explain my options for terminating my lease agreement and walked me step by step through how to properly draft the termination letter. He was extremely informative, professional, and genuinely kind. What truly stood out was that he offered all of this help out of the goodness of his heart and did not charge me a penny. It’s rare to find an attorney who is so generous with their time and knowledge. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of honest and trustworthy legal advice.

First I would whole heartily agree with Rachel Martin-Austin's previous review. Bill really likes to hear himself talk. When I 1st ran my lease review by him he said it would be around $1,000 to review. He said their minimum retainer was $2500 and that he would simply refund the difference when he was done. I deal with attorneys regularly in my business and had never had one grossly over bill me so I wasn't that concerned. 1st red flag was when we called him on the Friday that he originally said he could have the review finished by he had totally forgotten about it and reviewed the lease on the phone with us as we were driving home. After he had essentially gone through the lease over the phone we requested that he send us the red line as we couldn't work with his verbal review as we need to send the changes back to the other attorney. He said he would but it would be the following week which was a bit of a problem because we were in a tight time turnaround. Not having alot of options at this point we waited on his return email with the redline changes. About Wednesday of the following week I get call from an entirely different attorney with no introduction. Just "Hey I'm so & so and I am working on your lease now". So he finally sent us the redline and we noticed he had missed a couple of items that Bill had mentioned on the phone originally. So we made the changes ourselves and sent them to the opposing attorney. Then a couple of days later we get the final bill for $3400.00 ! What?!? The $1,000 estimate was apparently a bait and switch. And we know it wasn't a complicated lease because Bill had gone over the entire lease with us over the phone in 20 minutes. Had it been $1500 of $1800 I wouldn't have even cared. But $3400 to review a simple property lease is highway robbery. I reached back out to Bill to ask why the bill was three and a half times his original estimate? He just said apparently it was more involved than he had originally thought. Yet it seemed like a fairly basic lease when he reviewed it over the phone with us when he was reading it for the 1st time. I would advise using extreme caution if you decide to do business with this firm. SMH....

No need to look further! I had in depth conversations with over 30 attorneys specializing in my case and Mr. Gammon was by far the most direct, helpful and informed of anyone. He is an incredible mind with exceptional judgment and knowledge. He would be an absolute asset to any issue one might encounter in the legal world. I am so incredibly grateful for his time and guidance. 10/10 would recommend this No B.S. attorney.

Spoke with Mr Gammon this morning. Asking questions about undisclosed real estate items for my son. He was very helpful and gave me information on where to start with things. Very polite and knowledgeable about the Co. My son purchased his house from. Thank you Mr Gammon for calling me back so quickly and giving me some information to start.

I spoke with Bill about a complicated contract issue with a solar panel company that was tied to my divorce. He was very patient while I explained all the background, listened carefully, and quickly understood my concerns. He provided clear guidance on next steps which was very helpful. I appreciated his professionalism and insight.
