We hired Michael Goodman to represent us in a lemon law case. We were very happy with the results. I spoke to a couple of other attorneys before hiring Michaels law firm and our experience was that we spoke to outsourced virtual assistants who just took our information and our only communication was through the VA. When we called Mr. Goodmans office we had the opportunity to speak with him personally and he would also call us personally when he had updates for us. In my opinion our case was resolved quickly. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Michael represented us in what I consider to be a very complicated Lemon Law Case. We were dealing with a manufacturer who played all types of games to the very end, including changing counsel mid case, to try to delay resolution. Prior to us hiring Michael, we had tried to resolve this on our own, but the manufacturer just kept delaying. Michael never lost his determination to get it resolved, even when we got frustrated. He just kept moving forward. Due to the time it took, we changed our minds on what would be an acceptable resolution, and Michael went to bat with the manufacturer to get us a fair resolution that was in line with what we really wanted. I think whats hard about these types of cases is that they take a lot of time, and the manufacturers use that to their advantage. I recommend Michael because of his sheer determination to complete the case, even with all the obstacles.

Michael Goodman came highly recommended to me through my trusted connections. From the start, Michael explained the process that he would undertake for me regarding my new vehicle purchase that went south for me within a week of the purchase. He also described the realistic outcome. True to his word, he executed on my behalf from day one until the job was thoroughly completed to the specifics we discussed. In a nutshell, Michael is a "Pit Bull" working on your behalf in a "turn-Key" fashion. When you deal with these huge manufacturer's there is no way to get them to "Bend their knee" unless you have someone like Michael. , It's odd and probably rare, but my other vehicle (same manufacturer" with manufacturer's warranty, just had a possible transmission failure this week and is sitting in the shop. It's nice to know I have access to a proven "Pit Bull". The Johnson's
