My attorney was Scott Greco. He was able to successfully settle the issue I had with a Financial Investment firm in Richmond, Virginia. Scott is extremely knowledgeable about the Universal Life Insurance Policy that I had a dispute with. He quickly picked up on the issues that needed to be included in the settlement. Scott handled a lot of the correspondence with the other attorney through email. Scott's emails were expertly, strategically, and professionally written which in my mind, resulted in the favorable settlement. I had difficulty finding an attorney because none of the firms I contacted ever handled the type of financial investment I had. A legal firm in Richmond, Virginia referred me to Greco & Greco. Greco & Greco represented me several years ago in a case in which my financial planner ignored my investment guidelines in making several very risky investments in my name. This individual was employed by a very large financial services corporation which refused to return my funds. I retained Greco & Greco.This after a few months resulted in a face to face negotiation with a team from the corporate office which supported the financial planner. After several hours including many strategy breaks and rejected offers a satisfactory settlement was reached. Without the skilled representation of Greco & Greco we would not have won such a settlement. I was very pleased with all aspects of their service including their timely feedback throughout the case.
