I can’t speak for everyone else's experience, but for myself I had a clean experience with this company. They did help bring down what I owed to chase by $5,000 and of course they had their fee but it was still much less than what I would have payed if I continued trying to pay chase by myself. My account is settled and I had started with them two years ago, so things may have changed within the company since then, which is a shame. It would be nice if it was easier to get in contact with them, and eventually I did with persistence. It shouldn’t be difficult to do so and admittedly it was easier to get someone on the phone or email a year ago. Take this with a grain a salt though-I am not sure how their sign up process is like now and hope it improves soon to help garnish better trust. It’s hard to trust when you’re between a rock and a hard place.

Went to go file a BBB complaint but found their BBB accreditation had been revoked with an F rating. Not surprising. As others have said, I have been drafted more than what I owe in my settlement as a "special draft" they refuse to send me the recording where I agreed to it, with that fee I am now paying more than I was before I ever got involved with this terrible company. Not to mention, when I went to court for my case I was given incorrect, invalid legal advise to where I looked like an idiot in front of the judge and all other people there. When I tried to call and complain and seek more accurate legal advice, I was given the same ladies number and never recieved a call back about it from management despite calling and leaving several messages. Side note also, all the call center agents participate in customer abuse, if all I call in for is to make a payment why in the world are you putting me on hold over ten times for almost 20 minutes? Every time? And then every single time I call in they tell me whatever I'm doing will have a negative impact on my acct, refuse to explain why despite multiple times being asked, and then put me on hold to "check" then turns out to be nothing? It's insane. I thought that this was the answer to my prayers to get out of debt with manageable payments and it's really just been one of the biggest nightmares of my life. Don't. Do. It.

If I can give 0 stars I would. Started program in June with one settlement not yet complete as I terminated my contract and services after 4 months. Dissatisfied with customer service and the handling of debt. I wouldn’t recommend at all. Slow to settle slow to answer the phone and emails. Credit score went from 680-400 because they directed me to stop paying creditors. Worse decision I ever made. Now I have to contact all creditors on my own to enlighten of the termination and to get back in good standing. Buyer beware!

If you have multiple accounts, don't use them. I signed on February of last year and I still have accounts that aren't settled. One account was sent to collections and all I wanted to know was why it went to collections if a settlement was made and they wouldn't answer and told me I would have to call the collections company myself. When I called, the collections company flagged my account and nearly refused to speak with me since I had legal representation. All this has done is cause more stress.
