For the most part things have been nice. There is a monthly check up call and when you call, someone always answers. Everyone has been nice. The only star they lost was not being more upfront and transparent about the "fine print" of the contract that says that I'll be responsible for paying a % in fees for each debt settled based on the starting debt amount. These fees are going to total me a QUARTER of what my initial starting debt was.. After the settlement amount and the amount I'm paying in fees, I'll be interested to see how much I actually ended up saving in the end. Certainly not as much as I anticipated adding in that extra 25% of assessed fees. I wouldn't have done anything differently, but sincerely appreciate upfront honesty and transparency.

To be honest at the beginning I was a little concerned and hesitant about their service. I was going to start making payments and did not know if this was going to actually work, but I needed help. over time they have been able to negotiate my debt, and I continue to make payments. I have even recently been sued because a credit card had sold my account. I contacted Guardian and they were able to settle the account. I am very pleased with their service and professionalism. thank you!

I couldn’t be happier with my experience. For anyone considering this service, understand you must have patience with the settlement/negotiation processes, and understand the negative impact it will have on your credit score - but I was told about these things before I agreed to anything. They are very transparent, and have excellent customer service. I’ve been using the program for a year, and 3 out of 5 of my accounts have been settled. My credit score dropped from 780’s to 550’s, so it’s a big hit, but in my opinion, it’s worth it to keep yourself on track paying debts, and the settlements have saved thousands already. And I cannot overstate their kindness, communication, and professionalism.

I was ready to let the company go and deal with my debt on my own but I am happy that I did not make that decision because I was served with litigation and it was handled by Guardian Litigation professionally. I did not have to appear in court and the settlement was made. I am thankful that I stuck it out. I started with 5 accounts. 2 have been paid off. 2 are in settlement and only 1 left to clear.
