He was also very knowledgeable regarding my matter, and although he was unable to take my case he did offer to refer me to lawyers who might should I choose that option. I recently worked with Hadi and Harp Law for the formation of my LLC for my first business and he was very helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns I had as a first time business owner and got my business started very quickly. He work very quick and efficient and I would highly recommend if your just starting a business or if your looking to add more businesses to your portfolio. I came to him because I needed a real estate contract drawn up and his office was conveniently located. I was up against somewhat of a deadline and Hadi was able to get the contract done for me when I needed it and more importantly without any issues. I found him quick to respond to calls and emails and very good at explaining the ins and outs of the contract terms. Since then I've recommended him to a few of my friends and they have had the same positive experience.

Hadi is a great lawyer, very accessible and responsive to requests. I’ve used him for reviewing business contracts and he has always given smart advice and recommendations. He even helped me with a small claims case that I was able to settle with good terms. Highly recommend!
