Tiffany was the best person I could’ve asked for the help me with my EEOC charge. She was timely on responses to me and my agent, and had great communication throughout the duration of my case. She drafted a top-notch position statement with my evidence that I could’ve never written on my own. The only reason our efforts were not successful was because of the EEOC’s oversight about something that disqualified my case until the very end; otherwise, I know we would’ve been successful in a settlement. Tiffany was honest with me about anything regarding further litigation and she doesn’t take advantage of people like some other firms do. She is extremely knowledgeable as well. If I had to do this process again, I would come to her, and I recommend her for anyone who is seeking a lawyer for their case. You will not be disappointed.

Tiffany Joseph Goodson is very knowledgeable, caring and just overall a wonderful person. If you want someone who will listen to you, fight for you and be by your side through it all, Tiffany is your attorney. Highly recommend her. My experience with Tiffany at HKM was nothing short of incredible. Never having a been through any legal process before, Tiffany was patient, understanding and thorough. There was never a time where I felt that I didn't know what she was working on and she always took the time out to make sure that I understood the process and strategy. Most importantly, she validated my feelings at a very difficult time in my life and when I needed it the most.
