Overall, the Mental Health and Rehabilitative Wellness training was highly informative, well-structured, and practical. The emphasis on person-centered care, empowerment, and holistic wellness aligned strongly with best practices in mental health rehabilitation. Additionally, the interactive components encouraged engagement, reflection, and skill application. Overall, this training significantly enhanced my knowledge and confidence in delivering rehabilitative support. I feel better equipped to help clients improve functioning, build resilience, and work toward sustainable recovery.
