Mr James Bullard is an outstanding Attorney. His calm demeanor, passion, well thought out argument and the way in which he articulates his point of view is quite impressive. Not only was he professional but he is personable, organized, empathetic and appeared to have a good relationship with the judge. OUTSTANDING work. Mr.James Bullard is a top tier Professional attorney-at-law I fell on hard times trying to provide for my family while dealing with depression after my daughter almost died in a car crash I picked up a horrible habit of trying to alter food prices something, my family wasn’t aware of until I picked up 16 misdemeanor charges, which all carried up to one year sentence I told my wife, I need a lawyer and she found Mr.Bullard and once we spoke, I explained to him that I couldn’t do any jail time for my family sake, and our hardships at that time Because it would ruin our foundation as a whole he was very supportive understanding and determined on handling the case he spoke very highly of me to the judge on the things I did to resolve the situation which led to me not having to serve any active jail time whatsoever! Me and my family are still together and we are very thankful! i’m recommending any and everyone to him For advice, legal issues, consultancies, or guidance his quality is equivalent to his price he’s worth it! Mr. Bullard is a very professional attorney and really good at his job. I was facing a serious charge and he not only helped me with my case when my previous lawyer didn't he got it dismissed completely. He very knowledgeable understanding and answered any and all questions that I had. I would recommend him 1000% if you have any legal trouble. He's the best there is.

Hands down he the best I've ever had. Bullard is gonna fight until the end and he is passionate about his cases an clients. He is honest professional and determined to win.he the top 5 best in the Richmond va area.everyone I referred him to he won their case. He doesn't believe in plea deals because he is just that confident in his law skills an he a proven winner.
