“If you have any issues with your medical license, and PRN notifies you, DO NOT SPEAK TO THEM without speaking to Jonathan Rose first!” I truly can’t express enough gratitude for Jonathan Rose and his exceptional work in defending my son’s medical license. Unfortunately I put myself in a bad situation where I needed the assistance of Jonathan and his fantastic assistant Julie, but they helped me more than I can say. I was facing a fairly serious legal situation in the state of Texas, and as a registered nurse in Florida I was terrified that I would have some sort of action taken on my license. Once I got the legal situation taken care of, and I needed help with my license they were on top of it in every way. Julie was always quick with answering phone calls and emails, and Jonathan would always call me back and answer any questions in a very timely manner. Out of the many attorneys I have dealt with Jonathan was by far the best attorney I have ever had. If my legal situation was in Florida I would have hired him for that too. I ended up having no action taken against my RN license, which is the best outcome you can get. If you too are in a situation that involves a medical board or any legal matter don’t hesitate for a second and just give Jonathan and Julie a call they will help you too.

Being a nurse and having baseless accusations threaten to destroy your career I called numerous attorneys who made my situation feel hopeless. From my first phone call Julie was kind and nonjudgmental and made me feel heard for the first time since the whole ordeal started. Then I got to meet Jonathan Rose and he listened and was honest and compassionate and reassuring. He answered all my questions and made me feel like my life’s work wasn’t all gone in a fail swoop. This team saved my career and made a scary situation easier. They were never judgmental and always prompt to answer my questions and when all charges were dismissed they were just as excited as I was. They were prompt to respond to questions and available whenever I needed them if issues arose. I would recommend them for anyone needing a powerhouse team! If you are a nurse trying to navigate the scary situation of your hospital turning on you call them! Thank you just doesn’t seem to be enough when it comes to this office but I am eternally grateful for Jonathan and his team!!

As a business professional, it was important for me to choose an attorney that had the skill set to handle complex legal matters. Mr. Rose not only has the ability to fully comprehend the intricacies of a new profession or industry outside his wheelhouse he also has the ability to quickly apply the applicable law. While many attorneys tell you what you want to hear, Mr. Rose will tell you what you need to hear. There is absolutely no substitute for hard work and determination and that is exactly what you will get and that I did get with Mr. Jonathan Rose. It was a pleasure working with your law firm!
