It was caught speeding in Mecklenburg, VA. The ticket was written as a reckless driving moving violation, which is a Class I Misdemeanor in the state of Virginia. After being inundated with letters of legal representation, I decided on Joyner Law, for two reasons: their consultation letter was precise and informative about the representation cost and the customer reviews were amazing. In hopes that my outcome would be similar to others, I scheduled a consultation, completed the highly recommended steps to assist Joyner law in their legal defense, and I waited. I was beyond excited to receive the closing letter that stated the ticket had been reduced to a non-moving violation that would not carry points. While I hope to never repeat this speeding mistake, and therefore, will not need your legal representation for speeding again, I am more than appreciative of your help and wish the company continued success! Excellent communication, outcome and it was affordable! Thank you so much to Joyner Law, Bethany had my ticket taken care of quickly and I didn’t even have to miss work to go to court. I got an email the day after my court date that I was good to go and if I ever get a ticket again I will be contacting them!

Got a Speeding Ticket in Emporia 18 MPH over Posted limit, I contacted them on their website and received a phone call within 5 minutes they asked me a few questions and handled everything else from that point, went to court and got the charge reduced to Defective Equipment, no hit to my license just a fine. They are very friendly, professional and they are really easy to communicate with I highly recommend this firm!

I want to reach out to recommend Joyner Law to anyone that has gotten pulled over in Virginia. During a pleasant road-trip I was pulled over driving through VA and received a whopping 4 tickets! I had reached out to the VA court system and wrote several letters to explain that several of those tickets were not valid (as this was my first time being pulled over in over 10 years). However, VA was ghosting me and I was getting pretty anxious about the whole thing because I now live about 700 miles away from VA. Then I received a handy dandy letter in the mail (several actually, but Joyner was by far the best deal). I did my research, saw the overwhelmingly positive reviews for Joyner, and gave them a call. I explained all the work I had already done and they worked with me to dial in exactly what I needed. That conversation left me confident in their abilities and, above all, lifted the anxiety this tickets had over me. When the time came, Mr. Spiker delivered and I ended up with ZERO points on my license. When I say use Joyner, USE JOYNER, they bring the skill, confidence, and justice to when you are feeling completely trapped by the system. The one thing I would say is to make sure to save some money after you pay them, as even though I had no points on my license, all of the court fees ended up costing me over $300. Thank you Joyner, for bringing me clarity, peace of mind, and justice!!!

They handled a speeding ticket I got while driving through VA! Their process is efficient and they were happy to answer any questions I had. Their fee is reasonable and saves money in the long-run when you consider the fee of a speeding ticket & its impact on car insurance prices.
