I am extremely grateful and lucky to have found Mr. David Kasell Esq. while searching for an Auto Fraud lawyer. Last year I bought out my car that I had leased for the prior 3 years. Or so I thought. My lease broker, a well-known (at the time, I had no idea) scammer located in South Brooklyn, had taken my money but never completed the buyout. Instead, he pocketed my money and continued to extend my lease for months without my knowledge. I had no idea until he missed a payment this past March and damaged my credit score. Thankfully, David Kasell was the first lawyer I called after I found his office on Google and read the reviews. I told him my story and he agreed to take my case. His fees were fair. I had all the evidence so the only resolution was going to be some kind of settlement. It took months because of the stubbornness and incompetence of my opponent and his lawyers. But David was always putting pressure on them and fought for me. David always responded quickly to my emails or phone calls. If I didn't reach him, then his assistant Waleed would answer and he could answer some questions. In the end, I finally got my car Title and some money on top of everything for the harm caused to me. Very unprofessional. David is unresponsive after seeing how muich money he can make on the case. and only takes cases that he knows he can make big money. Would highly not suggest him or his firm to anyone.
