I experienced electronic banking fraudulent transactions in my personal bank accounts. I reported these unauthorized transactions to the bank, and despite all my own efforts to prove that the transactions were unauthorized, the bank continually denied my claims. Eventually, I turned to James Patrick McNichol and his team at Kelly Guzzo PLC to help me resolve my problems. I found them to be very knowledgeable about the legal complexities involved with fraudulent transactions that may occur with one's bank accounts, such as the ones that occurred with mine. Knowledgeable, Communicative, and First Rate Service! Kelly Guzzo, PLC and specifically my attorney Pat did an outstanding job representing me in resolving a matter that should never have unfolded as it did. The team at Kelly Guzzo did an amazing job! I would highly recommend them. A couple I was working with were wrongfully evicted and their credit score was affected by it. The team quickly and efficiently vacated the judgment and the credit score was no longer negatively impacted.
