Kimmel & Silverman were fantastic in the handling of my case! The whole process took about 5 months, which in my mind was absolutely fine, especially since we went in not knowing anything about laws against car manufacturers. They were very professional, very communicative, roughly at least once a month checking in with us letting us know where the case stands and how it's progressing. Finally, letting us know they settled for MORE than what was initially discussed! My family and I are extremely happy with how this all transpired and would recommend them 100 out of 100 times! I was referred to this firm by a friend who had used them in the past and spoke highly of them. I experienced the same issue with my vehicle 3 consecutive times and it made me feel like my vehicle was unreliable. I felt like I was taken advantage of and there would be no positive outcome to my situation. I called Kimmel and Silverman and they assured me that I had a strong case and that they were confident it could be settled. Although it took quite a bit of time with it being difficult to deal with vehicle manufacturers, the overall outcome was wonderful news. I must also note that I was kept informed on a Monthly basis along the way as to where my case stood which was reassuring. I would highly recommend anyone looking for similar help to this firm as it 100% real and legit. Thank you again to the team at Kimmel and Silverman for wonderful service and a wonderful outcome.

It is with much appreciation that I can truly acknowledge the great work of Kimmel & Silverman. Seeking out their help was the best thing I could have done for myself. They worked diligently to bring me results that I could not achieve on my own. Because of their efforts and care in correcting a situation that was unfair and misleading to me I will now be made whole again. I was incredibly impressed with Kimmel and Silverman and their entire support team during my case. They were extremely responsive and were so clear throughout the process. It was incredibly frustrating to have a vehicle that continued to let us down but knowing this team was working to get the best outcome for my family and I was reassuring. Great experience!!! I had a vehicle that I absolutely loved, but there was a major design flaw which the manufacturer was unable to remedy in a timely manner. Bob Silverman and his team were able to assist me in getting out of the vehicle under favorable terms. I cannot say enough about this team. They took on a difficult situation and made it effortless for me to resolve. Communication was timely and effective. Throughout the process, I knew they had my back. Should friends and family ask, I could not recommend any firm other than Kimmel & Silverman.
