I've had a series of very positive experiences with this firm. I have several dear friends and colleagues who have needed representation, and I have without reservation sent them to KJC. I have known Jon Karon for over 25 years. If you are looking for a smart, capable, tough attorney that knows the law, then look no further. I have been represented by Jon on two different cases over the years and both of them were settled successfully to my benefit. The most recent case I worked on with Jon was a personal injury case. I was very badly injured (connective tendons severed in both legs) due to a faulty piece of gym equipment. The defendant was an insurance company. It was a tough case, but Jon was able to secure a satisfactory settlement for me. If Jon does not get you a fair settlement through negotiation he is not afraid to try cases in front of a jury. He is a very experienced and talented litigator which leads to my second case with Jon. My second case with Jon was a business case. My company had a large invoice outstanding that a client was refusing payment. It was a complicated case with multiple legal filings from opposing counsel (defendant was a large technology company with a large law firm on retainer). Jon foiled all their attempts to derail my case with endless last minute filings & legal strategies. He was on top of everything. We ultimately settled this case to my benefit as well. I have also referred Jon to family and friends in need of a competent attorney. He has successfully secured settlement on their cases as well. In closing, Jon Karon is not only a great attorney, he is also a good person that can be trusted to have your best interests at heart.

If you are looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and responsive attorney I recommend Ben Duggan. He helped me navigate a "David vs. Goliath" labor dispute -- alas I was "David". Ben provided expert counsel and education. He listened and helped me understand different options I could pursue. Leveraging his experience he deftly worked with me to properly set my expectations. He made it easy to understand what "Goliath" could and could not do. Ben's responsiveness was amazing; it seemed like he was on call. I reached out to him for guidance at random times on different days. If he was available he picked up the phone. If he was not available, I received a call back right away. I highly recommend Ben -- he's an amazing attorney!
