Incredibly frustrating. I called to share with them that I was told by a lawyer advice line that I have a very strong case and wanted to see if they would represent me. I was never contacted. I called several times and was told someone would reach out and nobody did. Then they said they'd have someone call me, but if they were really looking at the records (after painfully listening to them spell out my full name on each call) they would have seen they needed to email me and not call. When Kristin took the intake call, I specified the reason for this and why email was the best way to reach me. I explained I could set the up to access me by phone if we end up working together. Clearly, it was ignored. I called back today and the girl kept insisting I knew who I needed to speak with. She kept asking for who I needed to speak with. All I could say was "with a lawyer". It was incredibly awkward. She knew I had called looking for a lawyer for my case. I wasn't assigned to one, so how could I know who to ask for? It doesn't seem like they have it together at this office. Maybe the lawyers are good, I don't know 🤷 But they are losing strong cases because of the people answering the phones.

My attorney was very professional , very expedited and helped me in every way that he could. My attorney was Jesse and Jesse was very compassionate and understanding of my situation. Whenever I had an issue with any type of payment that was owed to me, Jesse would make sure I got my payment. Katherine was very compassionate and also very understanding. She was very empathetic to my financial situation. And my medical situation. Even though Katherine came on much much later in the case , she was most helpful and communicating with the insurance company and the medical facilities on my behalf. In the end, Jesse was able to negotiate an outstanding settlement for me. Thank you all for such great work!!

Attorney Jesse Shapiro and paralegal Katherine as well as other staff along the way helped me navigate my workmans comp claims. They were quick to respond to inquiries and helped me keep up with the insurance company. When issues arised they kept me informed and did everything in there power to find solutions as quickly as possible. Im very happy with the services I received.

Words can not describe how fortunate I feel to have found the Kornbluth Ginsburg law group and Jesse Shapiro in particular. I ran a google search for the top workman’s comp law firms in my area ,after my companies insurance stopped making my weekly workman’s comp payment. Jesse informed me that they couldn’t do that without a hearing and went to work to regain my benefits. Within a couple weeks the checks resumed. That was a big difference in our life and it made it easier while we waited for a settlement. It was great to have a guy like Jesse in your corner. Jesse was easy to communicate with, and promptly returns your calls and text.In the end ,he brokered a nice settlement that I never would have received without his hard work. You can not fight the big companies on your own . I was so very lucky to have Jesse to do all the heavy lifting.

I recently had the need for an attorney in a wrongful termination case. Most know that in an "at-will" state that is an issue that is dead in the water. Michael Kornbluth and his firm were recommended to me and I could not he happier that I followed this lead. To say I was a little fish in the Kornbluth Ginsberg pond is an understatement. However, Michael gave me excellent advice, mapped out a two-pronged strategy, was always responsive and I ultimately received everything I asked for. I will repeat what another very satisfied client wrote, as I felt exactly the same sentiment: "but just as important as his tremendous legal acumen, Michael has a huge heart and truly cares about his clients." I cannot praise Michael and his staffer, Layknne Sargent, highly enough. I feel I have a "friend" and one hell of a great attorney on my side should I need legal counsel again. Hats off to a great attorney with heart.
