I recently received a traffic citation and was honestly very nervous about the process. The staff handled my case professionally, explained my options clearly, and helped me resolve the citation by reducing it to Improper Equipment, which kept points off my license and insurance. Everyone I interacted with was respectful, patient, and efficient, and they made sure I understood what I was pleading to and what it meant for my driving record. These guys haven't even had a chance to represent me in court yet and they have already displayed a higher level of professionalism than any other attorney I've worked with. They called me out of the blue to ask if I'd like them to to the courthouse and handle some stuff and get my physical license back for me. They had it done same day! This would have caused me to take an entire day off of work to take care of.... I didn't even have to ask. I'm more than confident I hired the right team to handle my case!
