I was so pleased working with Mark at Lancer Law. It's always a gamble to try out a new business attorney. I've had my share of some that didn't know what they were doing. Mark was not only knowledgeable, he actually thought through the many options available and explained them to me in a way that was easy to understand. Mark did not push me to go to court. Rather, Mark said it would not be worth it financially and that we should try and settle the case. Spot on. I'm very grateful to have worked with this firm.

I reached out to Lancer law due to a problem with a 2nd loan I had on my home. I could not get a straight answer from the mortgage company. I had tried for 5 years. I spoke to Mark Heckele, managing Partner and he advised what needed to be done. He kept me informed every step of the way. He sent the mortgage company the paperwork to release the lien due to the statutes of limitations in AZ and advised they had 20 days to respond. They responded on the 26th day with a lien release. The amount of joy to finally put this behind me was a gift from the heavens. I cannot thank Mark and his team enough. I highly recommend Lancer Law, they went above and beyond. I am one relieved human being.

My attorney was my hero!!!! Mark Heckele helped me with a probate issue where relatives were not distributing the assets. He worked weekends and days off for me, returned emails within minutes, always kept in touch and made sure that I thoroughly understood what was going on and guided me into a successful outcome. I would urge you to hire him if you have any estate planning or probate issues. You couldn't ask for a better attorney. He is my hero!!!!!

Regarding the matter I put before them, Lancer Law was prompt, efficient, was able to answer my questions completely, and covered my concerns 110%. The additional 10% was due to Lancer Law covering aspects of my concerns I had not thought of but were as important. Should I need further legal assistance, Lancer Law will be my 1st contact.
