I inquired for a consultation and was sent an email for documentation from Lucas Contardi. After uploading all requested documents, and sending multiple emails asking for confirmation, I called and asked for an update. One week later, I’m still being ignored. Go to an office that treats you as a priority. Edit to add…have touched base again with the office and they do seem well versed and should be able to help.

Extremely disappointing experience. I was told with strong confidence that this firm could help me and that they were taking my case. I invested significant time and effort gathering all necessary records, and was told we’d move forward in two weeks. After over a month of follow-ups, they abruptly declined to proceed , with no real explanation. Despite multiple professional and patient attempts to re-engage, they ignored me completely. This kind of communication breakdown is unacceptable in legal representation. It reflects a reactive, self-serving approach, responding to negative feedback rather than proactively supporting potential clients. Legal professionals should be reliable, polished, and clear. My experience was the opposite. If you can’t commit to helping someone, don’t promise you will.

Transparent, honest, communicative are things that one would not associate with a law office. Then, there's Bill Clanton and his staff. They COULD NOT HAVE been more transparent, honest, communicative, genuine, and thorough with our case. He and his team did not hesitate to answer any question my wife and I had. Any concern we had he and his office listened and they were never condescending about any detail or any nuance of the case we were tackling. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks!
