Ms Fershteyn is a terrific trust and estate attorney who helped me set upstate plan and prepared will, living will, health care proxy and POA for me. I first came to Ms. Fershteyn during Covid when regime was doing their trusts and wills to avoid probate and later came to her just now to update my planning as I was ready to retire. She was fantastic very personable and down to earth lawyer who was a pleasure to reconnect with. All my friends and family have used her services as well. I am really happy I found her and stayed with her for the last 5 years as my lawyer. Best decision ever to have a lawyer who cares deeply about her clients and her work.
