I've been in the car business for over 15 years. I bought a lemon, a Class B RV, and I keep getting my AC fixed so many times. I thought I could handle the manufacturer myself. All I wanted was for them to fix my AC and inverter. They keep telling me it's fixed, but it's still leaking. I found Mr. Mobasseri online and called the office. Melina got back to me within a day. First, I didn’t have much confidence in my case, but after Mr. Mobasseri jumped in and I talked to him a couple of times, I could see how he handles his cases. By the way he responds to my emails and messages right away, we need more lawyers like this! Also, for those people who give negative feedback about him, I really want you to think about one thing: without Mr. Mobasseri, would the manufacturer even talk to you? Don’t talk about them offering you a settlement; they will just keep giving you the runaround.

.We have been waiting for our case to be resolved since 2018 with no resolution or clear direction. Despite numerous follow-ups over the years, our emails frequently go unanswered, and when we do receive a response, we are simply told to keep waiting with no meaningful updates provided. Each time we are able to speak with someone, it is evident that there is little to no familiarity with our case, as we are repeatedly asked the same basic questions. This demonstrates a concerning lack of organization, continuity, and accountability in the handling of our matter. Additionally, at their request, we have been storing the vehicle for more than seven years, which has caused significant and ongoing financial hardship. The prolonged delays, poor communication, and mismanagement of our case have been extremely frustrating and unacceptable. After this length of time, we expected far better transparency, responsiveness, and resolution

Not a trustworthy person. We had an issue where he never paid the supplemental amount owed for a vehicle repair. Despite multiple attempts to contact him by phone and through insurance, he did not respond or resolve the matter, which made the process very difficult. If someone cannot handle a simple repair bill responsibly, it raises concerns about trusting them with more important matters. Based on this experience, I would not recommend him to anyone.

This is a long review, but I truly believe it’s well deserved if you’ve been given the runaround by the dealerships or have gotten stuck with a lemon look no further Mr. Mobasseri and his team especially PAYAM will go above and beyond to make sure they make things right for you I had purchased a 2023 Cadillac Escalade ESV after 15,000 miles the engine blew up six months of being given the runaround by GMC and the dealerships. They finally agreed to replace the engine and radiator and promised that they would buy the car back after this was done. Once the repairs were completed. They said they would not buy the car back. I truly did not feel comfortable letting my family drive in this car I contacted Mr. Mobasseri with his due diligence and expert experience within three months. GMC agreed to buy back the car. A significant purchase of over $100,000 I cannot think Mr. Mobasseri and PAYAM enough and as I said look no further they are the best in their trade They will address all your concerns return any phone call and follow up on all emails from the bottom of my heart. Unfortunately, I ended up with a brand-new GMC truck that started acting up at about 2000 miles, about 2 months into my lease. I contacted Payam Kamshad, a very good friend of my brother-in-law who is the manager at Mr. Mobaseri's law firm. He guided me through the process and made me feel very comfortable signing the retainer with Mr. Mbasseri's firm. I am so glad I did. Both Payam and Robert are on top of their games and their level of professionalism was well above my expectations. Every detail was very carefully considered and the results were outstanding. I received all my damages to the penny and now I have another brand new truck that I love. If you ever get stuck in a situation like mine, do yourself a favor and contact them ASAP, you won't be disappointed.
