In my opinion Michael is the epitome of how a business should operate. Customer service is the key to success, and Michael provides that. Michael was referred to me by my estate attorney as a specialist in 'consumer law'. As mentioned by other reviews I was having issues with an automobile manufacturer and needed to pursue a lemon law re-purchase. He was kind and professional during our first call. He followed up with clear and concise instructions on what was needed to access my potential case. Within two days I had a written response with exact instructions on what do to. I followed his instructions and within two weeks the manufacturer provided me with a re-purchase agreement. I highly recommend the services of T. Michael Flinn and his firm. He is extremely knowledgeable and is willing to work with his clients in ways that go beyond what is normally provided by most businesses these days.

I appreciate the professionalism, excellent advice and counsel Michael Flinn, Esq gave me the past six months in my lemon law dispute/claim. Regardless of the arbitration statute, when the manufacturer hired local counsel I had to have representation and ever so thankful for the referral to Michael Flinn, as I was told by a very reputable attorney that Mr. Flinn is the best in GA for lemon law claims. He negotiated a settlement exceeding the statute, which doesn't always happen, and was very direct and efficient in the process of collecting the necessary information and documents and communicating with me which led to a very successful result. I surrendered the car recently and got my check. I highly recommend Michael Flinn if you find yourself in a lemon law dispute. Thank you very much, Michael!

Attorney was rude and seems like he hates his job. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your time on this one. Yep — was waiting for the reply to this since this attorney feels the need to justify his actions in every review that does not shower him in praise. You advised me of nothing, did not allow me to speak, and seemed very disinterested in what I had to say. The point of a consultation is to consult about the issues your clients are having — all of them. I truly have never been dismissed by an individual in the way I was on our call. I would never have someone so rude represent me in any form or fashion. I hope the slew of 1 star reviews of your presentation helps you hear your future clients out. Being in a position to feel as though you need to seek legal advice is overwhelming and stressful, and the slightest bit of compassion would go a very long way. The most common complaint is how dismissive you are. Rather than viewing these 1 star reviews as personal attacks, maybe take them as an opportunity to grow.
