Thankfully we had Lemon Law Pro on our side. 7-days after purchasing our vehicle, we were back at the dealership. After so-called repairs were made, we were again back at the dealership 4-months after purchasing our vehicle. This time was different, our vehicle was out of our possession for months. Lemon to begin with and Lemon in the end. The entire staff and team were incredibly patient with my wife and I and we are grateful for that. You are in good hands with Lemon Law Pro. When I started having issues with my vehicle and the dealers weren't doing much about it I felt helpless. I knew about the lemon law but didn't know if I was taking the right steps. Luckily I found Lemon Law Pro and they were very helpful, they helped guided me every step of the way even after to ensure I got my refund from the bank for months of over payment. I would definitely recommend them if you are having car troubles.

Going into the process I wasn't sure I had a strong enough case but Kimberli and her team got me a great outcome and I was able to unload my lemon and get a great settlement so I was able to buy a new car! For the most part everything was resolved in 4-5 months! Definitely recommend Lemon Law Pro!

Incompetent Legal Assistant/Receptionist Ashley Bryant does not know how to open a file archive or understand file size limitations of emails and is "fine" with losing business over it. File archives have been around since at least 1963. I cannot get my head around someone not knowing how to open an archive. It is quite comical. I'll give a hint: install a file archiver and double click the file. It takes 1 minute. You could also google "how to open .file", instead of being incompetent and useless.

These people are very rude and unprofessional, I tried to call and get some advice and the receptionist or whoever she was tried to have call a different law firm and they said that her information wasn’t accurate and they couldn’t help. Then when I called back I was told I had to do my own research, the unprofessionalism is next level I don’t even know if the girl was an actual attorney she sounds young and childish. Find somewhere else where they have more professional employees.
