I had a car from Dublin Mazda but after 3 months the car started to break down. I went to the showroom many times but they couldn't fix it. They said it would take 3 months and if it didn't work out, I requested to return it but it didn't work. I heard about lemon law and informed Mam Lawdwna and her team The car was returned sooner than I expected, which was very frustrating,h i was able to return the car. Great team, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They handled my case with excellence. They made my life so much easier and successfully solved my situation with the car dealer. Lemon Law Pro was my indispensable ally in navigating the legal system and getting everything I wanted back for my Lemon Law case. Let me elaborate. I purchased a motorcycle in 2017 that had had 11 warranty-related cases (4 for the same issue) within the first 2500 miles. As a motorcycle aficionado and owner of many bikes, I considered this beyond outrageous, but the manufacturer would not yield and told me that my only options were to continue working with them to iron out the issues. Enter Lemon Law Pro. After arbitration through the State of California failed, I contacted Lemon Law based on what looked like great reviews online (such as this one you're reading, I might add!). I took the chance, and I'm super-happy I did. Have you ever worked with lawyers where it seemed like you were the one filling in all the details and arranging all the work, and their function seemed to be pushing endless paperwork at you? This was definitely NOT the case with Lemon Law Pro. They asked me up-front for a paper trail of all the evidence of my claim (which makes perfect sense), and after sending them my maintenance receipts and a description of their order, they just took it away from there. A few months went by during which they handled every query and legal transaction on my behalf, letting me know every few weeks where we were in the process. And one day, Kimberli calls me to let me know that everything is arranged, where to take the motorcycle, what to present them, and what to make sure I request in exchange. 1 week later, I had a check in my hand for the full amount I'd asked for. Highly recommend them...my husband bought a brand new truck last year from GMC and immediately starting giving him problems. GMC wasted so Much of our time driving back and forth, playing phone tag with us not taking care of the problem. My husband found Lemon law pro online, contacted them immediately and they went above and beyond dealing with gmc fighting for my husbands truck issues and saving us so much time and STRESS. After a long wait (due to GMC not lemon law pro) of them going back and forth , lemon law pro won the case for us around April 2023 and we couldn't be happier. We’re extremely thankful and grateful for them! We will 1000% recommend them to any family member, friends or anyone in general.
