Everyone was great helping me throughout my whole ordeal with my case. My attorney was helpful and walked me through everything with ease. Alexandra the assistant was very nice. She also was knowleable and provided me steps to get through my ordeal. Alexandra was the sweetest person and very compationate and caring, helping me throughout my ordeal. I would recommend them to anyone.

BEWARE DO NOT CALL OR USE THIS FIRM. THERE GOING TO MAKE IT THE WORST EXPERIENCE AND LOSS OF YOUR LIFE. There going to make you think they care or will get you the most money They will not There going to give you the worst medical care possible. They will make sure to take more money than you will make and much less than the medical Meth will lie to you, make you lose your property Because they only handle the personal injury and could care less about the 600,000 in property in your vehicle that I have my receipt for now. They will give you attitude and not check in months at a time and might even not provide any information at all. If you are lucky you might even get forgotten for months and called back like the last issue with a medical provider the firm referred is all but forgotten like your treatment The attorney Shawnee Melnick WILL NOT EVEN CONTACT YOU TILL SIX MONTHS INTO YOUR CASE AND ACT LIKE HE GIVED A CARE. HE FORS NOT HE WILL EVEN LIE, MAK STUFF UP, GIVR HIS WORD AN NOT FOLLOW THROUGH. VERY INEXPERIENCED AND I WARN YOU NOW FIND ANOTHET FIRM THIS ONE IS TRULY GARBAGE AND I AM A REAL WITNESS TO THE HARM THEY CAN DO TO YOU TREARMENT AND CASE. The case manager Priscilla Morrison always has an attitude and is garbage. This office will ruin everything and they also are very close to insurance adjuster or atleast the progressive one I had like contact them on personal cell phone close. So watch out if you take this office up and if you do not heed my warning. You will wish you do when they are done robbing and destroying your case and health. I attest that everything I have said in this post. Is true to the best of my knowledge. On my life it is true this firm will ruin your case and treatment. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I AM SERIOUS THERE WILL BE NOTHING BUT A BAD ENDING AND HORRIBLE DURING OR EXPERIENCE. They do not care and will never get you what you deserve and only what there greed desires.

Everyone was kind, considerate, patient, and very accommodating to our needs and multiple questions throughout the entire process. Someone was always available and willing to get the answers and explanations we needed in a very timely manner. My family appreciated everything and everyone.

My accident occurred on 11/22/2023 I was hit broadside in my Subaru and went over a wall. The gentlemen who hit me was on his phone and not paying attention and had no care for my well being whatsoever. My car was totaled. I didn’t know what to do so my father recommended me to Lerner and Rowe. So I gave it and shot and never regretted it! Lerner and Rowe is 100% the way to go! I can’t thank them enough! Jesse Ronning and Alejandra Barreda took on my case ASAP. They have both been extremely courteous, fast and professional. They focused on my injuries and recovery process right off the bat. They have been on top of my case since day one and were very dedicated. Thank you Jesse and Alejandra for the hard work and effort you both put into my case. There were times throughout my case Jesse was out of the office on personal matters and family emergencies and he still took the time out of his day to answer my calls and my questions. Jesse never left me hanging! Jesse and Alejandra are a great team and if you get them on your case consider yourself blessed! They worked extremely hard on my case and fought tooth and nail to get me a much larger settlement than what I expected. They are good at what they do! They made me feel very confident and comfortable throughout my case. They treated me like family and I highly respect that. They both deserve a 10/10. If I could rate higher than 5 starts I would.
