I had a positive experience working with Jessica Hollan. She showed care and concern in the time she took to obtain my perspective on the incident leading to the ticket and why it happened so that she would be fully prepared when she negotiated with the prosecuting attorney. She was easy to talk with and empathic and I found this helpful in creating trust that she cared about working on my behalf and would do so. And she did, reducing my ticket to a 0 point fine (originally 3 points) and reducing the cost of the ticket, as well. Thank you, Jessica.

We spoke to several lawyers about my dad’s case before finding Nick, and all of them said my dad would either have to take a plea deal or serve days in jail for his charge. None of them mentioned any other options Nick didn’t guarantee anything but told us he would try his hardest to get the best outcome — and he did, he got the entire case dismissed. We contacted Nick wanting to hire him, and he met with us in his office the very next day. He was able to speak with us gather all information and lay out all options. From my dad’s experience dealing with criminal defense attorneys over the years, Nick was one of the few whose incredible knowledge of the law and amazing skills really stood out. He wasn’t just confident — he knew exactly how to handle the case and get results. He knew exactly how to negotiate an amazing bond and handle the situation efficiently. One of the things that stood out the most was his constant communication — quick, clear, and efficient. Whether email or phone he was able available. He kept us updated, answered every question, and made sure we understood everything along the way. Given my dad’s record and the judge and prosecutor involved, we went in thinking jail time was almost guaranteed. Once Nick stepped in everything changed. He even was able to help my dad know the next steps he should take after. Jessica is an excellent lawyer and a very empathetic person. I am very satisfied with the results. My previous lawyer obtained an offer that I wasn’t happy with, and for that reason ,I decided to contact jessica for a second opinion. After speaking with her ,I decided to have her handle my case, and I didn’t regret it. She managed to get the charge dismissed .I definitely recommend her services.
