My experience with the Long Law Group was very straightforward and easy. I am uninsured and Joanna made sure to find a PT clinic that was able to work with my situation. Her team followed up regularly both with questions and updates on the case. Joanna also did her to best to reduce the medical liens to help me get the most out of the claim. I used Long Law group to help with creating a will, POA and trust for my mom. That process went fairly well. It has been a couple of years now. I’ve had some questions recently and decided to reach out to them. They do not answer the phone so I left a message after a week someone returned my call but could not answer my questions. I asked her to pass along my information to the attorney who could. I have not heard back since and it has been a couple of months. I even called back and left two messages and nothing. I’m very disappointed that their response was better to get us in but now that I have questions they are not responding at all. I think my last try will be via email and I hope they respond. Very disappointing! I’m giving them a star because I was forced to in order to post this review.
